Privacy practices
These practices apply to newfloorsco.com, the estimator, customer project pages, and related communications with New Floors Co.
When you use our estimator, contact form, customer project page, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, preferred contact method, project details, measurements, notes, appointment information, and estimate selections.
If you become a customer, we may also retain proposals, signed agreements, project updates, payment-related records, feedback, and communications needed to manage the work.
Photos you upload are used to understand visible conditions, preparation needs, design preferences, or project progress. Customer-entered measurements remain the basis for estimator pricing; a photo is not treated as an exact measurement.
Walkthrough, progress, and completion photos added later may be stored with your project record. We will not intentionally publish identifiable project photos as marketing material without permission.
Some optional features may use artificial intelligence to summarize project details, review visible conditions in uploaded photos, suggest follow-up questions, or create design concepts.
AI output is advisory and may be incomplete or inaccurate. It does not replace an onsite evaluation, professional judgment, exact measurements, or a written proposal.
We use customer information to prepare and save preliminary estimates, respond to requests, plan visits, provide proposals, manage projects, send requested updates, improve our services, prevent misuse, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
If you give follow-up consent, we may contact you about your project using your selected method and send helpful estimate follow-ups. You can ask us to stop marketing follow-ups at any time. We may still send necessary transactional or project-related messages.
We use website analytics to understand page visits, estimator progress, errors, and general site performance. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction information.
We may share only the information needed with service providers that help us host the website, store project records and files, analyze optional AI requests, deliver email, measure site use, secure the estimator, or process payments. We do not sell customer personal information.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, project records, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and legitimate business operations.
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to records we must keep for legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Use our contact form or call us to make a request.
Our services are intended for adults arranging property improvements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Website terms
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the following limits.
Online estimate ranges are planning tools, not binding quotes or offers. Pricing may change after onsite measurements, substrate inspection, moisture testing, material confirmation, scope review, access review, or discovery of concealed conditions. Work begins only under an accepted written proposal or contract.
New Floors Co. is primarily an installation business. Unless a written proposal says otherwise, customers purchase flooring materials directly. Coating systems and certain project materials may be supplied by New Floors Co. when specifically included in the written scope.
Each accepted project may have its own scope, price, payment schedule, change-order terms, warranty terms, cancellation rights, and other requirements. If this page conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries about New Floors Co. services. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, submit false information, misuse customer links, scrape protected data, or upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Website text, branding, designs, and original media belong to New Floors Co. or their respective licensors. The website may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and current but do not guarantee that every page, estimate, visualization, or automated message is error-free.
Payment options, review links, maps, analytics, and other outside services may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. A displayed payment option does not change the payment schedule in your signed agreement.
