Small-project requests are welcome. Tell us what needs repairing or finishing and where it is. Pricing and scheduling depend on the actual work, materials and access.
Can I combine flooring, painting and trim work?
Yes, those requests can be reviewed together. List each task so preparation, material responsibility and the sequence of work can be included in the proposal.
Do you work with landlords and real estate investors?
Yes, we review rental-turnover and property-refresh requests. Identify the authorized contact, access arrangements, occupancy and deadline when asking for a quote.
Does the calculator price every kind of job?
No. It provides a preliminary range for supported flooring services. Painting, drywall, door work and mixed projects are reviewed for a personalized quote.
